Previous Pilates equipment experience a must for this small machine with a Herculean-sized ego. You will pump, lift, grind, extend, sweat, balance, and feel exhausted at the end of the hour. And yes, there is only one level for chair! Those with wrist/elbow issues: be aware that you will need to be able to support your own body weight.
Prerequisite: For your safety, you must have attended at least one private and/or equipment class.
