If you are new to yoga and/or pilates or are just looking to refine your understanding of the fundamentals, this 8 week program is for you!
Working in a small group setting that emphasizes individual attention, we will focus on learning and exploring movement. You will receive take-home handouts, reading suggestions, homework, and an assessment by each instructor at the end of the series.

Apr. 4 Class 6: Pilates on the Tower with Erin
Apr. 11 Class 7: Detox Flow with Mary
Apr. 18 Class 8: Pilates on the Step Barrel and Jump Board with Erin
